Generative AI Consultant

As a Generative AI consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving AI-powered initiatives, collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement strategic solutions that drive business impact. Your role will require a unique blend of curiosity and knowledge of GenAI coupled with a deep understanding of business dynamics and market trends.

Possible tasks include

• Work closely with clients to assess the feasibility and scalability of AI initiatives, conducting market validation and pilot programs as needed.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the AI implementation process, addressing technical challenges and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders through engaging presentations and reports.
• Contribute thought leadership and insights to internal and external forums, showcasing the business value of AI-driven innovation.

This is you:

• A passion for AI and understanding its full impact
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency at least in languages such as Python and R.
• Experience or willingness and capability to learn natural language processing (NLP) models, especially topic models, LDA, LCA, Semantic models, and text analytics tools. Experience with BERT (and follow-ups), GPT (e.g., use Open AI’s APIs, develop custom GPTs), and Transformer models is a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Commercial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus around AI strategies and initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.
