We’re seeking forthe first joiners of UCB’s Graduate Development Program.The GDP program aims to bring graduates to UCB and to develop their academic knowledge through alearning and practical journey at UCB, while making an impact in the business.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience acrossunique rotational roles, for a total of 24 months , located in our offices in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

We focus on building a program that provides a development plan where a UCB Graduate can work in collaboration with diverse teams for our new biotech manufacturing plant - Inflexio - within the Manufacturing & Engineering organization and make an impactful contribution in the assigned roles.

With this program you will be exposed to several teams and acquire a wider set of professional experience and skills in Manufacturing & Engineering, focused in the Inflexio project. You will have the chance to start your career in a global corporate environment and shape your professional journey in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the followingeducation, experienceandskills:
  • Fresh graduate from a background in Engineering, Pharma, Chemistry or Biotech
  • Able to communicate in French and as well in English
