You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Growth Department by structuring and managing second line customer support,
- Segmenting the customer base and implementing the appropriate service levels,
- Capturing customer needs and, in close collaboration with the project manager and the IT department, initiating and participating in new projects as "product owner",
- Working in close collaboration with the Back Office Operations to develop and manage the continuous improvement processes of Bridger services,
- Representing the Bridger philosophy of making the complex simple for the customer, being business enablers, and helping the artists direct achieve entrepreneurial success,
- Recruiting and managing the talents needed to deliver consistent service excellence.
Technical Competences:
- Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years as team leader in a similar position
- Strong ability to work in an international environment and to manage remotely decentralized teams
- Strong ability to develop, automate and manage efficiently front office processes
- Strong ability to monitor the business activities and to report efficiently to the management, with facts and figures
- Expertise in copyright and/or neighboring rights management and/or music publishing is a big plus
- Expertise in artist and/or label management is a plus
- Good command of MS Office suite, any other IT skill is a plus
- Knowledge of French and English (oral and written) is a must. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
