Your Responsibilities

Thanks to your experience on digital marketing & transformation, you take the lead and set the Decospan digital strategy & roadmap to a high standard. As a fast-growing company we are fully investing in digital channels & platformsto improve our customer experiences. We need you to be the “spiritual” (or let’s say - digital) guide and project manager of these exciting initiatives. You take ownership of the full scope from ideation to implementation, budget follow-up, management of our partners, leading and coaching your digital team.

Next to concepting & building the several platforms together with our partners, you are responsible for our digital marketing strategy & performance. Together with the team you will continuously improve the performance, based on the data you are completely passionate by.

You devise digital campaigns for identifying target audiences that inspire, educate & enable.

Customer centricity is key! You are a chameleon who’s able to dive in the mind of our several target groups: architects, interior designers, distributors, consumers,... This from a passion for wood and interior design that lives throughout the company.

Your Key to Success

It goes without saying that you are a star on digital marketing and transformation. You are able and willing to shift from strategy to hands-on implementation, whilst coaching (and growing) the team.

You are an experienced and proven leader within digital marketing and possess the technical knowledge and also the people management skills to be effective.

You have an open & optimistic mindset and are able to energize your team. In order to understand our jokes, we prefer that you have a strong knowledge of Dutch, combined with English and “un petit peu de Français”
