UBench, a leading automotive technology company, is seeking a Head of Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue and expand our customer base. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, experience leading growth initiatives, and a passion for innovation.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets new revenue streams
  • Identify and prioritize target customers, market segments, and geographies based on market research and data analysis
  • Drive customer acquisition through a variety of channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and events
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop customer personas, messaging, and product positioning that resonate with the target market
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize performance
  • Build and manage a high-performing growth team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing growth team
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
