JOB DESCRIPTION

INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking on behalf of one of the European Institutions based in Den Haag, Netherlands, a professional to cover the following opening:

User Support/ Helpdesk

(1st & 2nd level)


Your Role

  • Providing first and second level ICT support for all users
  • Installing, upgrading, maintaining and decommissioning hardware and software;
  • Troubleshooting ICT-related technical problems;
  • Contributing to the regular ICT maintenance
  • Testing new versions, releases and patches for hardware and software and providing recommendations on their implementation
  • Assisting in the process of ordering of new IT equipment and initiating ICT-related purchases;
  • Performing asset management tasks, such as gathering and keeping detailed hardware and software inventory information;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Proven knowledge of incident management and collaborative tools
  • Experience with Document Management Systems
  • Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
  • Experience with end user support
  • Working experience in an international/global enterprise
  • Proactive approach
  • Proficient in English (written/spoken)
  • Ready to work on evening and weekend shifts

Nice to have:

  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Windows server administration
  • Knowledge of Dutch language
