Functieomschrijving:
Je staat in voor de receptie in een Brugs 4* hotel. Je gidst mensen door het hotel en geeft hen informatie over de bezienswaardigheden in Brugge. Je neemt telefoons aan en schakelt deze door naar de juiste dienst. Je maakt reserveringen/offertes en voert deze in. Eenvoudige administratieve taken.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst van de klanten. Je informeert ze met de juiste gegevens over het hotel en de stad. Ben jij de juiste persoon voor deze job? Aarzel niet om ons te contacteren!
You are responsible for the reception in a Bruges 4 * hotel. You guide people through the hotel and provide them with information about the sights in Bruges. You accept telephones and transfer them to the appropriate service. You make reservations/quotes and enter them. Simple administrative tasks.
