You will have the opportunity to join a team of experienced HR colleagues.
The HR team is covering the whole EMENA (Europe, Middle East and North Africa) region.
You will work in a very international environment with people -your internal customers- from different nationalities and cultures ... The working languages are Dutch and English.
Your responsibilities will be very diverse:
For 50% of your time, you will assist the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (posting of vacancies on different platforms, handle some vacancies yourself, employer branding initiatives, organize interviews with the different staff members, reporting, …)
The remaining time will be spread over:
Talent Acquisition:
Drive the Management Trainee program
Organize the campus recruitment initiatives, create partnerships with interesting organizations (groups, universities …)
Increase and enhance our social media presence
Be the driving force of the Referral Program
Be responsible for finding the right temps (through preferred agencies) as well as the students during the summer months
Talent Management & Development:
Organize all mandatory training for newcomers and employees (ISO, FCPA, …)
Onboarding:
Organize onboarding of new employees: education program, mentor program, announcement, soft HR orientation …
Communication:
Conduct retention/end of trial interviews, and exit interviews with voluntary leavers
Employee engagement:
Act as an engagement champion: monitor participation, reporting, state of the team meetings, action planning, discovery workshop, training
Succession planning & talent development:
Provide assistance to the VP of HR
Performance Management:
Provide support during the process, provide training
Profile:
Bachelor or Master in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field of study
2 years of experience in an HR department, preferably in an industrial environment and an international context
Experience in using social media for recruitment and with job boards
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Computer literate (Office 365)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Dutch.
Ability to multi-task, good organizational skills, proficient in planning and organizing
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Proactive, keeping an eye on the market trends regarding soft HR topics
