POSITION
OVERALL MISSION:
The HRBP will support the HRD to achieve the HR team’s strategic objectives and take the HR lead on a range of different projects, responsibilities and developing the HR support provided to the store teams.
With a proactive, hands on, active store presence, the HRBP acts a partner to the store teams ensuring that store management are coached on HR matters. This role supports the full HR function for their countries - including developing HR policy and processes, supporting talent development activities, talent acquisition for their stores, ensuring that the business attracts the best talent on the market.
The HRBP will act as a partner to drive a culture of empowerment, coaching, development, simplification, digitalization.
The role also includes ensuring that all HR administration for the scope is accurate at all times; the HRBP is hereby supported by a HR Intern.

PROFILE
Professional experience and know how:
- Substantial previous experience working at a HR Business Partner or HR Manager level and experience of taking direct responsibility for a client group
- International and multi-country HR experience preferred
- Innovative mindset
- Full breadth of HR knowledge and experience
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast moving industry
- Good understanding of office IT

Education:
