what You’ll do

+Assisting in writing and publishing job vacancies.

+Screening candidates and helping coordinate interviews.

+ Supporting recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media.

+Contributing to creative employer branding initiatives (social posts, testimonials, campus recruitment, etc.).

HR Administration & People Support

+ Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of consultants.

+Assisting with HR administration (contracts, leave requests, certificates).

+Preparing and maintaining reports.

+Helping organize internal events, team-building activities, and wellbeing initiatives.

What we’re looking for in you

+You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, (applied) psychology, legal practice, or a related field.

+You are communicative, eager to learn, and take initiative.

+You speak Dutch fluently, English is a plus.

+You are available during the 2025–2026 academic year (period and number of days per week are flexible).
