Job PurposeIn order to create a heterogenic and autonomous team ready to tackle the challenges in the coming years to level up the staffing business at WESTPOLE, we want to reinforce our team with a highly motivated, fun factor and open-minded personality.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Identify applicants (using different job websites, incoming applications, social media, job fairs, partner network, etc.);
Perform the selection interview and technical screening (with internal support if needed)
Present the salary package and sending the proposal to the candidate and negotiating, in coordination with the Staffing Manager and according to the defined margins and budgets, the package with the selected candidate;
Explain the standard contract conditions to the candidates (with support of the HR department if needed);
Match the open requests with the available candidates;
Participate in the follow-up of the hired employees (on-boarding interview, annual evaluation of IT Consultants, etc.);
Provide adequate reporting to the Staffing Manager;
Act as an internal specialist and so continuously follows the most recent developments and trends within his or her own specific field;
Participate, in collaboration with the other team members and Staffing Manager, in different HR projects.
Competences and skills required
Good knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes, able to guide candidates of all types;
Good knowledge of IT landscape, with preferably thorough expertise in Development and Data;
Good knowledge of managing talent pools, and proactively manage them according to needs;
Good knowledge of business market and market tendencies (incl. all different platforms);
Commercially driven with result-oriented mindset, always aiming to go for the perfect match;
Stress-resistant and able to set priorities, even in a high paced and dynamic environment;
Necessary expertise
Bachelor or Master’s degree in recruitment related area (HR, Psychology, Marketing, etc.);
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken).
