We are looking for a Business partner/Talent Manager for a highly successful International the Belgian services business initially, to localise group HR strategic objectives advising on HR policies, procedures and systems to senior management and staff . As well as acting as Business Partner for a small team in Belgium, you will also act as the Talent Management Lead, driving Talent management strategy in the Benelux region to attract, develop, retain and deploy talent to drive the region’s strategic business goals. You will be responsible for advising the Head of HR Benelux and local management team on Talent Management issues supporting 250 +employees on operational workforce planning and succession planning - partnering with managers when dealing with performance reviews.

The successful candidate will be based in Belgium, with fluent Dutch, English and French and have at least 3 years experience in HR generalist experience in the region including legislation, talent management and change expertise.
