If you wish to contribute to one of the most successful logistics organizations, join our team as a Safety, Health, and Environment Manager (SHE) for our sites in Eindhout, Geel, and Tessenderlo.
Your Role

The Safety, Health, and Environment Manager (SHE) support and advises the organization in all safety, wellbeing, and environmental regulations and topics. You have an active role in supporting, training, and assuring that national and local guidelines related to safety, health, and environment are known and respected.
Your Responsibilities
  • The candidate will be responsible to ensure that HSE projects within the site are in line with contractual commitments, regulations, and KN Global and regional guidelines;
  • You are responsible for providing advice and administrative assistance to local management, including QSHE staff and Operational Managers, Supervisors, and employees in all matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment;
  • You’ll implement, develop and create awareness and positive acceptance of the HSE standards and ensure adherence throughout the organization;
  • You monitor the updating of all working instructions in the different departments, set up local guidelines, and coordinate HSE training programs;
  • You carry out inspections and safety audits, initiate gap analysis, and develop, improve and validate HSE process improvements;
  • You ensure Health & Safety risk assessments and identify and mitigate potential hazards;
  • You are a member of the CPBW.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Certified Prevention Advisor level I;
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations;
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations for HSE;
  • Special interest in safety regulations;
  • Good communicator and team player;
  • Accurate, being able to work independently;
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
