What do we do?

Qualifio is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by more than 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, Media Markt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Paris Saint Germain, etc). They are using it to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences via creative interactive experiences. We are in a very exciting period as we are launching a new and second hyper complimentary product: Qualifio Loyalty, an interaction-based loyalty platform.

About the position

Qualifio’s Human Resources internship offers the chance to have a first experience within a company in full expansion. You will soon be part of Qualifio’s dynamic and collaborative team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR functions and will have a rare glimpse into the world of HR. Due to the nature of working in HR, it’s essential that you exhibit a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion. You will grow your professional skill set by working on tasks independently as well as collaborating with other team members.

What you’ll do

• Participate in daily HR tasks
• Assist the head of HR in his daily tasks
• Collaborate with the Office Happiness Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager and the HR Manager
• Production and reporting of internal employee surveys
• Active participation and preparation in team building activities
• Assist in all HR steps from recruitment to performance management
• Personnel administration (payroll management, contracts, amendments, etc.)
• Participation in the training plan
• Recruitment: follow-up of applications, preparation of integration documents, etc
• Participation in a benchmarking by department and by country
• Participation in the optimization of the salary package ( incentive, sport at work, collective bonus, conversion of the 13 month, …)
• Communicate with all managers on time off balances.

Who you are

• A current full-time student in Human Resources or a related field
• Fluent in French & English + other languages is a plus
• A multi-tasker with good time management skills (ability to balance competing priorities and deliver within deadlines)
• Curious, organized, proactive and always willing to learn
