Cohabs is a co-living scale-up based in Brussels with houses in Brussels, New York, Paris, Madrid and Luxembourg.

We provide flexible, fully furnished accommodations through a network of sustainable & community-driven shared homes.

In order to support our growth, we are looking for an exceptional team member in charge of the recruitment and the human resources processes.

What would you do

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company values and perspectives
Work closely with other teams to have a clear understanding of the strategy, talent needs and people implications
Manage the recruitment and selection process in order to hire real rock stars to support our growth around the world
Manage the salary grid, payroll, benefits, and other operational aspects of the departments
Manage the contracts and contract templates with our Legal Manager
Plan onboardings and make sure everyone shares the same vision and mission
Develop a performance evaluation framework and the related training programs for our employees to develop their hard and soft skills

What we are looking for

A ’people person’ with great ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our dream team
Proven working experience as HR Manager. Minimum 4 years of experience is required.
High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine and honest)
Good communicator, good listening skills and problem solver
Exceptional oral and written communication skills both in English and French
Entrepreneurial mindset, you are a self-starter and eager to deliver the best results
