CTG Belgium is looking for an Implementation Consultant ServiceNow to contribute to the extension of our ServiceNow solution portfolio.

CTG’s IT Service Management department provides a broad vision to Service Management, leveraging partnerships with e.g. ServiceNow, Atlassian, MicroFocus and OMNINET.

Job description

You will join our team of ServiceNow experts to support customers across various locations in Belgium, to accelerate their digital transformation and enable value co-creation.

During our projects, you will go beyond implementing ServiceNow, driving process automation in a rapid development platform.

You will play an important role throughout the whole delivery chain, going from assessing the current situation, reporting on possible improvements in way of working, tailoring the implementation to fit the customers’ needs, and documenting and providing training on the newly implemented solution.

Profile

As a highly skilled ServiceNow consultant you must have experience with ServiceNow ESM (Enterprise Service Management) modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, HR Service Delivery, ... .

Experience with other ESM tools is a plus.

You have a broad vision on IT and Service Management and understand the concepts of Value driven, Agile Service Management (ITIL4); being ITIL-certified is a plus.

You have experience in scripting languages like e.g. JavaScript, REST, ... .

You are a good communicator, able to adapt your communication style when engaging with business and technical users, and eager to contribute to ServiceNow implementation projects at our customers.

Document and present your findings in a clear and coherent manner.

Fluent communication skills in both English and Dutch/French is a prerequisite.

Being ServiceNow certified is a plus.
