JOB DESCRIPTION :

N1 Project Management, PMO (EXPERT )

N2 Planning (tasks breakdown, milestones definition, schedule, highlight dependencies) (EXPERT)

N4 Reporting - Define the project governance (frequencies of meetings with different stakeholders, kick-off meeting, steering committees,…) (EXPERT)

N5 Monitor progress, report project performances & track road blockers (EXPERT)

N6 Functionally coordinate/lead the team’s day to day activities

N7 Ensure the Industrial Network Team cohesion

N8 Act as key point of contact between local Business representative, TAS IS-JV ITD/Cybersecurity/architecture & local Management – Orchestrator, facilitator (EXPERT )

  • Efficient integration of industrial information systems into operations
  • Effective project management to ensure successful execution of local and transnational projects while adhering to the company’s standards and policies
  • Streamlined activities within the industrial context to promote consistency and efficiency
  • Implementation of standardized processes to optimize operations and enhance productivity within a transnational framework
  • Leadership in guiding industrial IS/IT team and overseeing the delivery of projects within the industrial and project management domains
