Hays IT Contracting is looking for IT Support for a +6 months’ project. Active in Management consulting market, our client is a worldwide player.

  • Relevant experience providing customer support for Windows computers
  • Relevant experience supporting MS Office products
  • Supporting or performing configuration and troubleshooting of MS Office
  • Ixelles - onsite role

As IT Support, you’ll provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and enforcing company standards.

Your profile:

  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English
