The Role

We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a leading technology solutions provider. Working onsite at a client’s facility in Aarschot, Belgium, you’ll be responsible for managing support tickets, troubleshooting PCs and mobile devices, and resolving advanced IT issues to ensure seamless operations. Fluency in English and Flemish is a must for this role.

The Company

You’ll be joining a well-established provider of IT services known for delivering outstanding technical support and innovative solutions. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining smooth IT systems for the client while also contributing to special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal IT Support Engineer candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in desktop support with strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office365 Exchange Online administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, network connectivity, and mobile device management (Intune is a plus!)
  • Fluency in English and Flemish is a must for this role.
