Vos missionsThe E&I Engineer reports to the E&I department manager and to the Project Manager and is responsible for follow-up and management of the E&I part of the project.More info details, the role implies the following responsibilities:
  • Conduct the technical studies according to the predetermined objectives of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Write the specifications and technical sheets of the various electrical equipment and instrumentation
  • Develop lists of consumers, instruments and dedicated cables
  • Develop HV and LV Single Line Diagram and electrical room layouts
  • Generate instrumentation hook-up drawings applicable to the project
  • Coordinate and supervise the designer(s) and the documents produced (single line diagrams, standard diagrams, calculation note)
  • Write scopes, schedules with quantities and descriptions for assembly or subcontracting contracts
  • Establish technical comparisons
  • Suppliers and contractors follow-up up to the FAT or workshop reception
  • Participate in the coordination between electricity, other disciplines, purchasing, doc control and the project
  • Participate in technical meetings with the client and respond to their requests in coordination with the project,
  • Carry out the follow-up of the electrical installation
  • Participate in commissioning, start-up and performance testing of installations
Vos compétences
  • Master in Engineering (Electricity or Automation)
  • Background with strong “Electricity” orientation, and knowledge in instrumentation or automation
  • At least 5 years’ experience in engineering or industry in project team (agro industrial sectors of sugar, vegetable oils, biofuels, agrochemical or biomass, fertilizers, process industry, bulk solids handling)
  • Software knowledge: CANECO (or equivalent) and Dialux
  • Experience of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit (ability to take decision, initiative, work autonomously).
  • Team spirit.
  • Fluent French and English (other languages are an asset).
