Do you want to make an impact in the energy transition and shape the future of Europe’s energy landscape?

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Controlling & Performance Management at a European level.

✨ Your mission

Advance controlling practices ⇒ design innovative tools, set up budgeting standards, and improve methodologies.

Enhance performance management ⇒ develop frameworks with financial & non-financial KPIs, build PowerBI dashboards, and support decision-making with sharp analyses.

CAPEX controlling ⇒ coordinate a group-wide community, standardize processes, and consolidate budgets into a transparent overview.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in strategic controlling or performance management

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering

Advanced PowerBI skills (DAX, dashboard building)

Strong leadership in cross-functional & international projects

Fluent in English (C1); German, French, or Dutch is a plus

Analytical, proactive, and ready to drive results
