Together with our clients, Labcorp transforms today’s healthcare challenges into tomorrow’s solutions.Labcorp is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Manager I for Early Drug Development services for Europe focusing on Safety Assessment, Drug Metabolism, and Bioanalytical Services. The main objective of an Inside Sales Manager is to identify new business opportunities for Labcorp. Key aspects of role involve territory mapping to identify potential new clients for the business. Outbound prospecting activities including email and phone calls as well as use of social media channels, web conferences and industry meetings to initiate client interaction.In this role, you will be supporting new clients by sharing capabilities and growing relationships, together with Business Development Directors.In This Role, You WillThis position is remote-based and supported by a high-performing team of inside sales managers across Europe, with occasional face to face meetings expected.- Collaborate effectively with Business Development Directors in business unit; brings potential opportunities to their attention.
- Effectively transfer accounts and client information to Business Development Directors.
- Develop client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales plan.
- Recognize and communicates sales opportunities for other business units.
- Establish and manage customer relationships.
- Organize and host client visits if required.
- Be responsible for opportunity management and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Leverage marketing, subject matter experts and operational staff to support client discussions and heighten clients’ awareness of services.
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or business field preferred.
- Experience in prospecting/cold calling essential.
- Commercial/sales experience preferred.
