As part of their growing strategic plan, my client is looking to bring on board an Inside Sales Manager that will coordinate, motivate and provide direction to their newly established Inside Sales Team!

What you will do:
- Manage a team of 4 Inside Sales Representatives according to the global and country market plan;
- Be responsible for team motivation, direction, and general wellbeing - this is a great team that has been recently established and is ready to hit the ground running!
- Implement and analyse Salesforce database to generate information and monitor Team activities (KPI);
- Ensure a wide coverage of customers using different touchpoints (calls, digitals, videocalls)
- Collaborate closely with all Field Sales Managers and the Marketing Department
Deliverables:
- Build the process and the workflow for an efficient operation of the Inside Sales Team
- Measure KPI and ROI of the team and all resellers activities
- Contribute to the Country market plan implementation
- Create Sell Out improvement in the region
- Develop and implement virtual product presentation to Resellers as a standard working method of Inside Sales Team
- Organize and host, with your team, webinars, and videoconferences for Resellers
Requirements:
- A fair, energetic, problem-solver who loves Sales analytics and is proud to lead a fabulous team!
- A first experience in managing a team, as well as previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing, experience in inside Sales Management is a plus
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Analytic and strategic views of the market
- Ability to manage, motivate and provide direction to the team
- Fluent English and French with other languages as a plus
