Job TitleIntegration Project ManagerJob DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity tofacilitate integration activities across the functional, market and business teams, identify resource requirements, articulate deliverables and develop timetables. You will be creating consolidated program milestones, interdependencies and communication plans. Coordinate efforts of internal process owners and subject matter experts. Facilitate working sessions to define transition plans, activities and contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion of the various program transition events in scope.
You are responsible forAs part of the integration management office (IMO) of IGT-Devices, the integration project management function is responsible for the planning, execution and integration activities related to all process & application integration initiatives.The Project Manager is responsible to facilitate integration activities across the functional, market and business teams, identify resource requirements, articulate deliverables and develop timetables; Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies and communication plans; Coordinate efforts of internal process owners and subject matter experts; Facilitate working sessions to define transition plans, activities and contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion of the various program transition events in scope.The main objective is to leverage upon the identified synergies, help business and markets to improve their commercial collaboration and build upon a strong set of best practices that delivers sustainable business impact within all markets, while continuously aligning with the counterparts in North America & Japan organizations.
Key focus areas:• Initiate, challenge, support and lead improvement opportunities in the Market to Order (M2O) & Order to Cash (O2C) Excellence domains.• Design future to-be and optimize current processes in line with process architecture and best practice for Philips and drive adoption throughout the organization.• Maintain, develop, and safeguard Philips standard process architecture as part of the corporate process framework.• Participate in, provide expert support to and challenge E2E Transformations on the diagnosis and improvement of commercial capabilities within area of expertise, bringing in and capturing best practices to maximize impact.• Drive real change in the organization by leading improvement projects, working together with the markets and developing improvement initiatives and provide solutions to business problems.
You are a part ofThe Philips IGT-Devices Integration Management Office organization, reporting to the Integration leader for International Markets. This function is part of the Business Unit Image Guided Therapy Devices (BU IGT-D).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience• Master degree in relevant area• At least 5 years of commercial & international experience• Minimum of 5 years of experience integration program/project management• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive change & standardization across the businesses and markets.• Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma).• Result oriented self-starter with excellent communication and people skills• Conceptual thinking and analytical skills, eager to learn and share• Ability to put best practices and Philips standards in context (both internally and vs. external benchmarks)• Masters Level through education or work• Fluent in English• Willingness to travel
