The MISSIONof the Portfolio Analyst for Project Portfolio Management CoE Team is to:

• Support the Portfolio Specialist with data analysis and insights, and directly manage select Projects, to ensure compliance of Consumer and Commercial tire products with all current and future European and Global Tire related Regulations.
• Perform the necessary periodic operations to ensure product data integrity in the scope of new EU Label Regulation
• Support the Consumer and Commercial Product Category Managers with data analysis and insights to optimize the Product Portfolio in terms of Complexity

Consumer: Passenger Vehicles/ Commercial Vans/ 4x4 & SUV (« PC4 ») , OE , Warranty and Replacement products

Commercial: Truck & Bus, Agriculture and Retread. OE and Replacement products

Geography: Regulation Compliance Projects: Global / Complexity Management: EMIA

Key Result Areas

• TIRE REGULATION COMPLIANCE : SUPPORTING ROLE
  

Assure the compliance with all current and future European and Global Regulations for Consumer and Commercial products in Scope by supporting the Portfolio Specialist with data analysis and insights to the Regulation Compliance Projects

• TIRE REGULATION COMPLIANCE : PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  

Act as Project Manager to select Regulation Compliance projects: defining Project Charter, leading the Cross Functional Team and executing the Project according to internal PM standards

• MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
  

Perform the necessary periodic operations to ensure product data integrity in the scope of new EU Label Regulation

• PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT: PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION AND RATIONALIZATION
  

Optimize the current Product Portfolio in terms Complexity by supporting the Consumer and Commercial Product Category Managers with data analysis and insights
