As an Internal Auditor at I-care, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of our internal processes and controls, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring frequent travel to various locations within our organization’s global footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing within a public company setting, along with a proven track record of success in international, technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits of company operations, processes, and systems to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, utilizing AI-driven analysis where applicable.
• Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to internal controls, operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation strategies, leveraging AI-powered data analytics.
• Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessment, scope definition, audit procedures, and reporting mechanisms, incorporating AI-based tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with audit objectives and facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations, utilizing AI-supported collaboration platforms.
• Document audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations in clear and concise reports for management review, utilizing AI-generated insights for enhanced clarity and accuracy.
• Monitor and track audit findings to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions, leveraging AI-driven monitoring systems for proactive risk management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to enhance audit methodologies and practices, incorporating AI-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, with a focus on public company environments.
• Strong understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and audit techniques, with proficiency in utilizing AI tools for data analysis.
• Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to navigate cultural and language differences effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret AI-generated insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with proficiency in utilizing AI-driven project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, leveraging AI-supported communication platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50 % of the time) to various domestic and international locations.
