Function

As Team coach you are responsible for the daily follow-up, coaching, motivation and development of a team of advisors. The goal is to achieve maximum productivity and quality and to reach the set targets.

You take appropriate actions to solve problems and invest in ‘human potential’. You are responsible for coaching advisors so that an optimal job completion and motivation is guaranteed and this by conducting constructive feedback interviews.

You guide advisors in achieving objectives, draw up action plans and conduct evaluation and performance interviews according to the established procedures.

You give briefings to advisors You ensure the distribution of all tasks so that they are processed in a timely manner. If necessary, you also take part in the processing of the tasks/assignments.

You inform the Senior Delivery Manager and/or Team Manager about the daily operation of the project, deviations and problem situations and you provide a daily report.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and strong knowledge of Nordic languages.
• Knowledge of the KitchenAid project is a must!
• Strong coaching skills and the art of motivating the team.
• Eye for work organization and multitasking Ability to think critically and understanding of situational leadership.
• Strong numerical and problem analysis skills.
• Thorough computer knowledge (Microsoft office).
• Sense of responsibility and flexibility.
