The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for selling and delivering products and services to the independent dealer market (IAM). AA is also responsible for the Bosch Car Service network (which is the largest network of independent garages in the world) as well as for the AutoCrew network.

At the Customer and Logistics Service, we are in direct contact with important clients in France and Benelux. We create a bridge between warehouses, forwarding agents and the clients whilst maintaining an enormous amount of data. We solve problems, process daily business and create new international links in order to enhance our client and logistics relations in a continuing process.

Job Description

Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:
  • Processing daily business (follow-up of orders, mailing, requests etc.)
  • Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Administrative tasks as well as data entry
  • Presentation preparation
  • Project support
Qualifications

You are currently a business or economics student and you are very communicative. You are not afraid of taking responsibility. Added you have a profound knowledge of IT in total and you like to work with databases. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is very important and knowledge of SAP is appreciated.

Additionally you need to be fluent in English and French - Dutch is a plus.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside of your university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 800/month.

Starting date: Immediately

Duration: 6 months
