Job Description

You will work in the Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs Benelux with various tasks and projects:

You will mainly support with Internal and External Digital Communications topics: content creation for the intranet, social media and Benelux websites, monitoring of the pages and KPI’s. You will also assess influential press articles, advertisements, and critic reviews in which Robert Bosch has been mentioned. 10% of your work will be purchasing work for the department and when applicable you will also support for trade fairs, events. As a Corporate Communications department, we are in touch with colleagues from the divisions in the Benelux as well as with colleagues from the Headquarter in Germany, and external partners.

Qualifications

You are currently a business student in directions such as Master in Communications, Business Management, Commercial Economics, International Business & Languages. You have previous work experience and you are confident in working with the Office Suite (knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a serious advantage). You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are well-organized and you can work independently.

Your knowledge of Dutchand English should be fluent. Basic knowledge of French is a plus as we are working for the Bosch France-Benelux region.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside of your university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 830/month.

• If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a EU residence permit that allows you to work in Belgium.
• In case, you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a European Union country.
