Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in International Business / Procurement / Supply Chain in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English
Other requirements: autonomy, ability to work remotely, ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, comfortable with data and analytics.
Start date: between October and January 2022
Duration:15 weeks
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
On our internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.
Your Duties Might Include
- Analyse market trends in Europe and US
- Prepare and negotiate global contracts
- Negotiate in an inflationary market
- Suggest de-risking strategies
- Monitoring of supplier performance
- Meeting stakeholders from the Industrial and operations network
- Engaging with procurement teams at worldwide scale
- Building your scientific knowledge, business sense and relationship skills
- Negotiating Internal business deals

The Global Glass category team works in partnership with supply chain, planning, provisioning, industrial and product strategy, quality, engineering and technologies, legal and our site procurement teams to deliver sourcing strategies for current spend and new product development, value initiatives, risk mitigation plans and supply support to the GSK manufacturing network to produce GSK products made of Glass primary packaging.
