Overview
Your mission will be to contribute to the development, global deployment, and ongoing technical support of Engineering technical systems and tools (CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM, PLM).

What you will be doing:
  • Works with business users, Management, and IT to ensure execution of PLM-CAD-CAE strategy
  • Implements CAD-CAE automation and tool enhancements
  • Authors CAD-CAE documentation
  • Supports efforts to resolve technical PLM-CAD-CAE software issues
  • Develops and documents operational protocols for managing CAD-CAE tools
  • Provides support to end users
  • Tracks CAD-CAE help requests, works with vendors to ensure remediation, proposes solutions to training and/or procedures
  • Works with team architect and others to plan and facilitates the migration of CAD-CAE
  • Provides project assistance and management for CAD-CAE deployments, upgrades, and training
  • Support development and maintenance of training material for Engineering systems
You’ll be a great candidate if:
  • You own an engineering degree or certification for CAD design or IT degree or equivalent work experience
  • You have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • You absolutely possess application knowledge and experience specific to Teamcenter
  • You are a teamplayer, and you demonstrate high customer orientation mindset
  • You show ability to identify critical path items in complex projects
  • You own problem solving skills with experience questioning status quo
  • You possess ability to exercise sound judgment in making technical decisions and an ability to work independently with little direct oversight
  • You have ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in the given area of responsibility using internal and external information sources
  • You are fluent in English,
  • You are able to travel up to 10%
It is even better if you :
  • Have application knowledge and experience specific to other various systems for Product Data Management
  • Own knowledge of programming or automation tools
  • Have experience with manufacturing processes
