Job description

Pauwels Consulting is searching for a Business Project Manager (payroll or freelance) to join it’s growing management team. Are you the one-in-a-kind Project Manager that dares to take on challenging projects at our clients?

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure well executed people management within different teams
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to the team members within different project groups
  • Clarify high-level scope and the technical synergies between the different sub-projects
  • Be proactive in proposing technical solutions and innovations
  • Reporting progress, issues, risks etc. to the customer and to the program manager
  • Install a process of project review to make sure a continuous qualitative delivery is assured including best practices and lessons learned
  • Invest and participate in the creation of a learning school covering the applied knowledge, best practices and tools used during the implementation and covering the different domains

Have you got what it takes?

  • You have minimum 5 years experience in Project Management
  • You have experience in reporting and analytics
  • You have very good knowledge & experience with CRM-solutions
  • You have good knowledge of Planview, MS Project or equivalent is a plus
  • You have experience using reporting and visualisation tools
  • You are certified in PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
