Job Description

As an IT Field Support Agent at Eurofins, together with your colleagues you will deliver support by phone and directly to the customer’s desk on location in Brussels and Luxembourg. You will be supporting employee’s requests related to front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile phones and applications, and you will be contacting our global IT teams which are responsible for requests relating to back-end systems such as servers and networking. You will also have the opportunities to work on group-level projects that include these locations.

Together with your team, you will be working in shifts (8:15 – 19:30) and also have weekends and holidays paid for on-call duty.

Qualifications

If you have experience working in similar role, and you know how to resolve problems related to Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 7 / 10, MS Office, Outlook, etc.), have basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets ) and the best VoiP / IP Telephony and can fluently communicate in English (French is a bonus but not necessary) send your application and let us know about yourself!
