Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Progressive ITteam, based at the HQ, in Brussels, Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: IT Integration Solution LeadWe are in search of a dynamic and self-motivated IT Integration Solution Lead to become a part of our progressive IT team. The IT Integration Solution Lead is an essential role responsible for understanding and owning the Integration technology landscape, driving platform designs, configurations, architecture, and coordinating technical projects and teams. The ideal candidate will introduce best practices for ensuring technical excellence and serve as the primary point of contact for a pool of external technical resources. This role involves staying current with technology trends, driving innovation, and ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology landscape.Who You’ll Work WithThe UCB IT integration is organized as follows. The 3+1 UCB internal employees are driving strategic decision, Platform ownership, operational excellence and demand management and prioritization. The actual delivery of these pillars is delivered by partnering with local and offshore partners. Each UCB employee is responsible to orchestrate (part) of the partners team to support each pillar : Platform architecture, Platform operations, Interfaces design and build, Interfaces operations.What You’ll Do

• Own and oversee the complete Integration technology landscape (GoAnyWhere, Boomi, Azure APIM, …).
• Drive platform designs, configurations, and architecture via the coordination of technical projects
• Introduce and implement best practices/patterns to ensure technical excellence
• Keep abreast of technology trends and drive innovations in our IT environment.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology landscape.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration, with proven experience in a Digital Transformation program.
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT architecture and system design with experience in integration platforms
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Legal right to work in Belgium.
