Jiffy Group is looking for an IT Manager Change & Transformation. In this position you will have a key role in developing and implementing the new digital roadmap and the lead in the digital- and business transformation.

Globally, Jiffy employs around 800 people, of which 150 employees are located in The Netherlands. Their head offices are located in Zwijndrecht, where they also have recently built a state-of-the-art production site.

In order to support the growth of our business and lead the digital transformation at Jiffy Group we are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial IT Manager. The global IT team currently consists of 8 people and includes IT Operations, IT Security, ERP consultants and Development. They are located in The Netherlands, Norway, Canada and Sri Lanka. To support the growth of the business and managing the changes, Jiffy is expanding the IT team with a BI consultant and the IT manager Change & Transformation.

The position

This position is critical in the success of the digital- and business transformation at Jiffy. There are still many opportunities for professionalization and improvement in the field of ERP, CRM, BI and business processes. As IT Manager Change & Transformation you are responsible for achieving and elaborating this ambition, in addition to managing the IT team. A short summary of your key responsibilities:

• Together with the CFO you work on developing and implementing the digital roadmap to support the business process transformation and decide what the main initiatives and priorities are;
• Change management and providing advice on a tactical, strategic and operational level;
• Ensuring a successful upgrade to a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and further roll-out of PowerBI;
• There is a strong ambition to become a data-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and leading this process;
• Manage & prioritize the development & implementation of other IT tools, like Powerapps, collaboration tools, CRM and sales & operational planning tools;
• Ensure continuity in IT operations & security;
• Selecting and managing critical IT suppliers.

The profile

• In possession of a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably within IT;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT (change- or project) Management with proven experience in digital transformations;
• Knowledge of PowerBI, preferably experience within roll-out projects;
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, preferably Dynamics 365;
• Experience within IT Security is preferred;
• ‘Can do’ mentality & excellent problem-solving capabilities;
• Familiar with the Agile way of working;
• Fluent in English.
