For a client based in Brugge, Hays Technology is looking for a freelance IT operations manager.

  • Long-term contract
  • Dutch and English
  • Proven experience IT manager
  • Full time

For our client in the marketing/media, we are looking for an experienced IT operations manager who is able to lead a team. Your tasks as an IT operations manager:
  • Monitoring current activities & making improvement proposals
  • Monitoring the current market. Incorporate opportunities into a new strategy
  • Set up, implement and roll out a strategic IT plan
  • Taking on the team lead position of a young IT team
  • Coaching of team members.

Your profile:
  • You are an experienced IT Manager
  • You have experience within media, communication sector or advertising sector
  • You have a good technical background within (.NET, C#, Drupal, opensource management system, HTML ect)
  • You have a good strategic overview
  • You are organized and result oriented
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are people oriented
    • Knowledge of Dutch is a must
