Role: IT Service CoördinatorLocation: Belgium (Oostende or Brussels/Zaventem), The Netherlands (Rijswijk)Fulltime / Parttime: FulltimeHours: NL 40 / BE 39Contract: depending on your locationWe’re looking for a skilled IT Service Coordinator to ensure the quality of IT services meet the needs of the business, supporting the management of the delivery of services from internal resources as well as third-parties and acting as a service interface between the business and IT.As the TUI IT Service Coordinator for the Western Region you will work close with other domains to ensure excellent 24/7 service and support of our infrastructure, software and applications across the business. You will be supporting the Incident/Problem/Change Management whilst participating in an on call rota for out of hours Major Incident Management. In addition you will coordinate Major Incidents, issue communications. You will work closely with the Business to review and report on Technology Services based on metrics and contribute to a culture of continual improvement.About The JobThere are many ways for you to get involved:
  • Support the strategy for the Service Delivery function, contributing to strategic initiatives and imbed a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute and champion a Service Delivery culture, promote on-going service improvements to improve quality and end user satisfaction.
  • To maintain ownership of incidents inclusive of Major Incidents and facilitate the communication of incident updates to customers provided by the support teams.
  • Track major / recurring problems and working with relevant teams to ensure improvement for the performance of their services.
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting on IT and Product Support tickets, SLAs and KPIs.
  • Understand the user experience of our systems and provide improvement plans where necessary. Manage smaller scale projects through to delivery to improve the Service.

  • You bring 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must aspire to a culture of service excellence: always putting the customer, our people and our business at the centre of everything.
  • Experience of implementing KPIs/ SLAs including maintaining work to meet the SLAs / KPIs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders.
  • Experience of problem and change management.
  • Experience implementing and improving service management processes and procedures.
  • Able to develop an E2E view on our IT systems.
  • You have no problem communicating in both English and Dutch (spoken and written).
