Job Description
as an ITSM consultant you are expected to independently map the existing as-is processes and map them to the to-be processes.

We are looking for someone who:
- has a strong knowledge of ITSM (the "what") and ITIL (the "how")
- has experience with mapping processes and can also optimize and/or automate them if necessary
- in is able to work very independently
- is very communicative and proactive (challenging existing processes with stakeholders, independently looking for information, etc...)
- is able to monitor the progress of this project on a weekly basis sketch

Phase 2: In a next stage you will select and implement a suitable tooling for this and provide the necessary documentation and training.

Phase 3: In a third phase, it is intended that a number of existing in-house built applications will be included in this ITSM landscape, such as:

• Service Desk ICT tickets (not for applications for external users)
• Catalog of our services
• Catalog of our ICT applications
• Requests for meeting rooms
• Tickets to our HR department
• Requests for an interpreter
• Inventaire du matériel IT (per person)
• Inventaire des équipements de bureau (per person)
• Budget ICT
