We are looking for a Junior Consultant to strengthen our Industrial & Logistics Agency team

What this job involves

Working as part of our Brussels Industrial & Logistics Agency team, you’ll source and develop new business opportunities targeting potential local and international clients (investors, corporates, developers and occupiers).

In this job, you’ll be responsible to actively manage a portfolio of Industrial and Logistics properties covering the following regions: Brussels and its periphery as well as Wallonia.

You’ll organize marketing plans, carry out due diligence processes, negotiate and prepare leases and sales.

Desired skills and experience for this job

Education and Experience
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in economics, commercial engineering, real estate or similar.
Having a first experience in a B2B sales function, preferably in real estate, would be a real plus.
You’ll have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (both spoken and written).

Open
You’ll have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
You will be proactive and eager to learn.
You’ll be autonomous and want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.

Organised
This position will suit you if you like working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
