Description


As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for finding Sales Talent to join our company!

  • You will write great advertisements to attract the best candidates
  • You will search, call and screen potential new colleagues, you will try to find their ambitions, get to know their personality and understand what they are looking for
  • Once you are conviced this person would be a great asset for FSM, you present your candidate to one of the managers and convince them to meet him/her
  • You will book interviews and prepare your candidates
  • You take feedback and follow up the recruitment process
  • You will be responsible for making offers and contracts

Profiles

  • You are fluent in English any other language (NL/FR/DU/...) is a great asset!
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor degree
  • You are positive, enthusiastic, driven and communicative
  • You would love to work in a corporate environment with high standards
  • You get excited by achieving targets
