About Our Client

Our client, a famous Private Bank active in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/NL Switchboard Operator to strengthen its team.

Job Description

As a FR/NL Switchboard Operator, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Pick up the general line
  • Take messages and transfer them to the right persons into the bank
  • Dispatch the calls to the responsible colleagues
  • Provide information to supervisors and co-workers by phone, email or in person

The Successful Applicant

As a FR/NL Switchboard Operator, you have the following profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French
  • You are a warm and welcoming person
  • You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Patience and assertiveness, as client orientation are appreciated skills
