About Our Client

Our client is an innovative company located in Asse. They are active the sustainability sector. You will join a dynamic team and assist one of the Managers and his team.

Job Description

As Management Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Manager and his team
  • Agenda & travel management
  • Organisation of internal/external events & meetings
  • Follow-up of projects (coordination of deadlines, administrative support...)
  • Point of contact for external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • You have an excellent level in French and Dutch
  • A first experience in administration is a plus
  • You have a bachelor in Office Management, Languages, Administration or any other relevant field
  • You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
  • You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
