The main objective of the Knowledge Management Office team is to collect, describe, organize, and sharing the information, data and context associated for the department Patient Supply.

Your mission as an intern will last6 monthsand consists inexecuting a new archival processdedicated to the knowledge retrieved from UCB external manufacturers. You will execute a couple of use cases to understand the process andform an articulated feedback and proposals of improvements. You will be invited also tocommunicate to wider teamsabout the creation of this new process and invite them to take an active part in its implementation.

Responsabilities

As an intern, you will:

· Investigate archived data in order to understand its intrinsic value and estimate the retention time associated.

· Gather task force teams to endorse decision making around the identified archives and collect final decisions

· Collect feedback and use critical mind skills to propose improvements to the archival process proposed

You will collaborate with various teams from the Patient Supply department. Aside from their main mission, you will also have the opportunity to learn about analytical development methods and regulatory requirements for archiving in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

- You have, or are currently studying for, a bachelor’s degree indocumentation management, pharmaceutical industry, or any related field

- The main skill desired is theability to identify key information in an unknown archived document.

- Experienced documentalist skills are a bonus.

- Basic to fluent English skills are required

- Additional trainings in archiving, pharmaceutical industry, analytical methods could be of help.

This internship will enable you to be in contact with various technical departments of UCB and therefore have a global view of the activities within a pharmaceutical company:

· Manufacturing, Development laboratories, Quality Control and Quality Assurance

· Chemistry and Biotechnology

· Internal and External Manufacturing
