Description Overview

12 Month Contract

Responsible for the day-to-day local master data administration in the systems. You act as a pro-active owner for the local master data processes and also support the corporate master data team.

Hybrid Working Pattern offered - blend of on and off-site work located in Nazareth Office.

Scope of the Role

  • You maintain (creation/adaption/inactivation) master data in our systems (mainly SAP): mainly material master data, condition master data (pricing customers), vendor master data and customer master data.
  • You are eager to understand the business to be able to safeguard and challenge the quality of the master data requested.
  • You follow up pro-actively that the necessary input is delivered within deadlines
  • You timely communicate issues to the internal colleagues
  • You are first line contact with the Belgian Pharmaceutical Association to ensure that all material master data activations and deactivations are communicated in a timely manner
  • You provide the correct material master data information to all other relevant customers (wholesalers, onliners,…)
  • You are gatekeeper to the master data quality that is put in the systems and supports problem solving in interfaces to all other applications (SalesForce, CRM,…)
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for responding to master data inquires (from local and corporate colleagues) and may participate in master data related improvement projects.
  • You may provide direction and training to other master data colleagues. For this purpose, you document the existing procedures and adapts them where and when needed
  • Ensure that all critical master data is created SOX compliant

Experience Required

  • Some years of relevant experience in the field of master data (maintenance)
  • Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Accurate, organized and independent
  • Pro-active and clear in communications
  • IT minded
  • You challenge and question the input you receive
  • Analytical mindset
