A leading company in the food industry in Haren is currently looking for a Lead Reliability Engineer - Maintenance to report to the head the maintenance team and carry out projects.

As Lead Reliability Engineer - Maintenance, some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Capex - machine buying, improvements and enhancement projects
  • Dealing with third parties in order to improve projects, carry out service agreements for maintenance and engineering
  • Helping the technical team in their daily problems
  • Preparing the trainings and being the referent for the maintenance trainings
  • Working on the strategy of engineering and maintenance together with the manager
  • Managing projects related with facilities and infrastructure
  • Building management (HVAC)
  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager

As the ideal candidate for this Lead Reliability Engineer - Maintenance position is required:

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or Electromechanics
  • + 5 years of experience, + some experience in project management
