Organisation

We are looking for a freelance Learning & Development Specialist to support one of our clients in a strategic change initiative within a high-tech, international environment. As a key enabler of transformation, you will co-design and drive the learning roadmap that equips over 1.500 employees with the capabilities needed to embrace new systems and ways of working.

Function

  • You will join a forward-looking program introducing new processes and software for automated manufacturing.
  • Your mission is to define, coordinate and deliver the L&D strategy that helps users adopt both the tools and the new way of working.
  • Your initial focus is the MES rollout, covering learning needs from system use to behavioral change.
  • As the program evolves, your scope will grow to include training across broader Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
  • In close collaboration with the Change Manager and stakeholders, you will manage the full L&D lifecycle.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, Organizational Development, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a hands-on L&D role, ideally in transformation projects or complex system rollouts
  • Strong trackrecord in curriculum design, instructional development and delivery methods
  • Experience with digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate, EasyGenerator) and platforms (e.g. Cornerstone)
  • Skilled in identifying learning needs and aligning them with business objectives
  • Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work fluently in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
  • Analytical, practical and service-minded, with attention to detail and strong planning skills
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment with evolving priorities

Offer

You will join a progressive and collaborative setting where your expertise helps build the foundation for future success. Expect a role with both strategic impact and operational variety.

  • Freelance mission of minimum 12 months
  • Full-time capacity preferred
  • Desired start date: January 2, 2026
