INTRODUCTION
As Infra Engineer in the technical office team, you are the expert in Linux in a company transforming its organization to be more Agile. You are responsible of managing the new and existing systems/subsystems on the Linux perimeter. You consider, instruct and treat settings and configuration requests. Make sure, on your perimeter, of the delivered services’ conformity regarding service commitments (performance, capacity, availability…). You keep necessary documentation for the smooth operation of systems/subsystems that are under your responsibility. You qualify/solve incidents and take part in problem resolution by: considering, analyzing, documenting, correcting or escalate incidents; suggesting and enforcing any solution enabling service restoration asap; identifying recurring incidents and contribute to find the definitive solution. You make sure procedures, which you are in charge of executing, are optimal and in accordance with expectations. You document procedures, drive IT projects related to risky activities (ICP, DRP, Toolings).

MAIN COMPETENCIES
o At least 5 relevant years of experience.
o Higher education in engineering.
o Engineer certifications.
o Knowledge of IT Production, Processes, Techniques related to your job.
o Notions of techniques related to jobs that work close to yours.
o Familiar with norms and standards.
LANGUAGES
English and French (mandatory)
Dutch (is a plus)
