Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation :
  • Knowledge of customs processes : import and export declarations
  • Knowledge of international compliance rules for ‘Origin’, ‘Customs value’, ‘Dual use’, ‘HS codes’, …
  • Authorized Economic Operator
  • Experience with customs permits (authorizations)
  • Experience with a ‘bonded warehouse’
  • Handle Letters of Credit
  • Organize transportation : contact with carriers / brokers
  • Taking care of transport complaints
  • Centralized freight payment
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
You Have
  • Bachelor degree of Logistics or equal by experience
  • Language Dutch : good knowledge verbally and written
  • Language English : good knowledge verbally and written
  • Language France : added value
  • Knowledge SAP (and Stream Software)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel)
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Team player
