Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality of the area or VDC under its jurisdiction, organize the establishment of corrective and preventive measures for continuous quality improvement and reduction of quality cost indicators, and track the implementation and rectification results.
- Responsible for the development of daily quality activities to ensure the correct determination, recording and tracking of quality problems, including the handling, and tracking of quality damaged vehicles.
- Responsible for real-time tracking of key quality KPIs, timely detection of abnormalities, and timely formulation of rectification. As well as daily random inspections of the quality operations of each supplier (including but not limited to unloading, short barges, parking of commercial vehicles, daily maintenance, quality handover and judgment, PDI, etc.); and regularly organize monthly quality meetings.
- The quality training of regional suppliers; and supervise the completion of the quality work of each supplier under the jurisdiction, and the discovery, rectification and tracking of quality problems.
- Responsible for supervising and implementing the supplier ’s on-site quality management, evaluation, follow-up improvement, and implementing the meeting system and regular work meetings to ensure the normal operation of sub-suppliers, and to track the implementation and rectification results.
- Responsible for the coordination and resolution of on-site emergencies and complaints; as well as the summary, analysis, reply, and measure effectiveness tracking of regional customer quality complaints.
- Participate in and assist in the implementation of operational optimization suggestions for the on-site operation process of warehousing operations, supervise and control the standardization and rationality of on-site business operations; and ensure the establishment and implementation of standardization, standardization and informatization of business operations and various rules and regulations.
- Cooperate with the company’s new technology project/new business project promotion and on-site implementation and management.
- Responsible for supervising the implementation of commercial vehicle warehousing and transportation safety in accordance with local national safety production regulations and regulations and relevant company-related safety documents in the jurisdiction.
- Participate in the formulation of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control for vehicle bases/warehousing, transportation, and other business sectors; be responsible for supervising the implementation of early warning and plan mechanisms for on-site safety production in warehousing operations.
Requirements
- Familiar with vehicle warehousing management; and warehousing/transportation quality and safety management
- Have certain supplier management and KPI assessment and communication skills
- Proficient in using Excel and other office data statistical analysis software; have certain data analysis capabilities
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English (Chinese foundation is preferred)
- More than three years relevant work experience
