Job DescriptionAre You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.This is a role where you are responsible for drawing up, preparing and scheduling the preventive maintenance plan of the production lines in the Prince Kids section.How You Will ContributeYou will:
  • You manage and follow up the preventive plan in Coswin and determine the priorities for implementation.
  • Based on the analysis of machine defects, you adjust the preventive maintenance plan.
  • You do the work preparation of planned works. You estimate the time required, people and resources. After which you discuss all this thoroughly with the contractor(s) of the works.
  • You coordinate and plan maintenance stops and bring different departments (planning, production, hygiene service, central technical service) together to make optimal use of the downtime.
  • You ensure that the Coswin system is always up to date: machines, spare parts, preventive plans, work instructions, schedules.
  • You fulfill an exemplary function in terms of safety, order and cleanliness. You put these safety and quality culture also in your preparations. You will report to the line leader in this position.
What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. Job specific requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electro Mechanics or equivalent through experience
  • Dutch speaker is a must and you are able to express yourself in English.
  • You have extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of engineering electricity mechanics pneumatics
  • Experienced Technical craftsmanship, occupational safety, quality standards and hygiene (GMP, ISO, HACCP) are held in high esteem in the banner
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, flexible and solution oriented.
